Wyoming LLCs, formed 100% online
Answer a few questions and we take it from there: the name check, the state filing, your registered agent, and an operating agreement ready to sign. One flat $99 plus Wyoming’s $100 fee.
Example of an order moving through our process: order received, name cleared, Articles filed, Wyoming approves, and documents delivered.
How it works
Your name, your owners, and where the company gets its mail. Plain-English questions that take about ten minutes.
$99 for us plus $100 for Wyoming, paid together. You'll see the full $199 before you enter a card.
We check the name, file your Articles, and email you the approved paperwork along with your operating agreement.
Try it out
Type the name you have in mind and see it the way Wyoming will. Like it? Take it straight into your application.
Tip: keep two backups in your pocket. If someone already has your first choice, we try the next one instead of making you start over.

Who it’s for
Send invoices from a real company, keep client money out of your personal account, and put a wall between your work and your savings.
Marketplaces and payment processors want a registered business. Wyoming gives you one without tying it to wherever you happen to live.
No U.S. residency, citizenship, or visit required. Open a U.S. bank account and take payments like any American company.
Hold rentals, investments, or other companies in an entity with strong charging order protection and a private owner list.
Why an LLC
An LLC is the go-to structure for freelancers, online sellers, property owners, and small teams, and the reasons are practical.
The LLC owns the business's debts and contracts. If the company gets sued or can't pay a bill, your house, car, and savings are generally out of reach.
Profit flows through to your own return by default. No separate corporate tax layer unless you choose one.
When profits are high enough, an LLC can elect S corp taxation and potentially trim self-employment tax. Your CPA will tell you when.
Banks, clients, marketplaces, and payment platforms treat a registered company with an EIN very differently from a person with a side hustle.
A separate company makes it natural to keep business money apart, which makes bookkeeping, deductions, and tax season far less painful.
Split ownership however you like, add partners later, and decide whether owners run things or a manager does.
The protection holds up best when you treat the LLC as its own business, with its own bank account and records. It does not cover loans you personally guarantee or your own wrongdoing.
Why Wyoming
Wyoming wrote the first LLC law in the country back in 1977, and it has kept things refreshingly simple ever since: low fees, real privacy, and no state income tax.

Wyoming's Articles list the organizer and the registered agent, not the owners. We sign as organizer, so a search of the state database won't turn up your name.
Wyoming doesn't tax personal or business income. You still file federal returns, but the state doesn't take a second cut.
That's the annual report for most companies, due the first day of the month you formed. Compare that to California's $800 minimum franchise tax.
No newspaper notices, no franchise tax, no extra charge per owner. Keep a registered agent, file one short report a year, and you're done.

Fully remote
Wyoming doesn’t care where you live. You can be in Austin, Toronto, or Lagos. All the state needs is a registered agent with a Wyoming street address, and your first year of that is on us.

Our fee covers the work. The state fee goes straight to the Wyoming Secretary of State when we file. Wyoming's annual report and registered agent renewals from year two are separate.
These aren’t our fees. They’re what Wyoming, the IRS, and your registered agent require. We list them here so you can plan for year two.
Have your company name and two backups ready. We’ll take care of everything after that.
